We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Sessions are conducted via secure video platforms. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

Terms of service
By using SilverSmart.ai and booking sessions with us, you agree to the following terms.
Sessions and cancellations
- Sessions are 30 minutes unless otherwise arranged
- Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via your Calendly confirmation link
- Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be counted as a used session for paid plan subscribers
- No-shows without notice may forfeit that session
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out and we'll make it right
Our commitment
We're a small, people-first business. If something isn't working for you, please reach out before canceling. We'd rather find a solution than lose a client, and we stand behind the quality of our sessions.
